UNEXPECTED CLOSURE PLANS
      As you may be already aware, many insurance companies are now requiring, especially for professionals, that an
"unexpected closure plan" be in place. These plans include detailed explanations of ALL business accounts (capitol
and operational), account practices, business filings, business filing systems, original notices of closure to
clients/patients with declaration of record maintenance, etc. These plans also often designate an agent or attorney
responsible for ensuring closure requirements.
